- Holds extensive credentials and recognition as an expert in the real estate industry.
- Possesses significant field experience, providing practical and relevant knowledge in their subject areas.
- Demonstrates proficiency in creating and delivering interactive and engaging presentations and training sessions.
- Has a stellar reputation for being easy to work with and receives high recommendations from peers and clients.
- Consistently delivers exceptional experiences, meeting and exceeding expectations in consulting, training, speaking, and facilitating roles.
- Committed to staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to provide current and valuable insights.
Other Factors and Considerations:
The following factors may be considered during the application/selection process:
- You have your own demonstrated book of business
- Your commitment to professional development
- If licensed, you must be a REALTOR® in good standing with no ethics violations
- You are a subject matter expert in the one or more areas:
- Brokerage management/ownership
- Local/state association Management
- Local/state association Leadership
- Niche market/unique business expertise
- Your unique life and work experiences would be a valuable addition to the Dynamic Directions faculty
- You have authored your own materials
- You have worked with a state licensing agency to get a course CE approved
