Christina Mathieson Segura is a licensed real estate instructor in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, a REALTOR®, NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, and LEED Green Associate. She has personally trained more than 4,000 REALTORS® and authored five continuing education courses spanning ethics, AI, fair housing, transaction liability, lead generation, and solar in real estate. Her teaching practice operates from a single premise: the NAR Code of Ethics is a risk-prevention framework, not a compliance exercise. Her courses give brokers and agents the documentation discipline and decision-making structure to use it as one. She is the author of seven published titles, including Solar Agreements in Real Estate, The Solar SOS, The Ghost Strategist, Ethical AI & Fair Housing Risk Management, and The AI Powered REALTOR®, all published through her imprint, NonBlonde Media.

Her credential stack reflects the range of her teaching: NAR's HFR, AHWD, EPRO, PSA, and SFR designations; LEED Green Associate since 2014; John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Coach & Trainer; and Jack Canfield Certified Success Principles Trainer. Christina's path to the classroom runs through more than a decade in the solar industry — leading marketing and operations at a Long Island, NY Solar Installation firm, w and serving as Director of Community Relations at another, before founding Solar Consulting Specialists and building the brand known across the New York real estate market as The Solar Lady of Real Estate™.
