After 30 plus years as a REALTOR®, Patrice is now focused on bringing timely information pertaining to our industry to other REALTOR®s in an upbeat and direct manner.

Along with being a full time REALTOR® serving her clients, Patrice has served in many volunteer and appointed positions. Patrice has served as president of her local association and also served as president for the North Carolina state association, and is a graduate of the states inaugural Leadership Academy.

She has received REALTOR® of the year at both the local and state levels, along with their Hall of Fame Awards.  At NAR, she has served on many committees and is a graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy.

Patrice has served as a Commissioner on the North Carolina Real Estate Commission having been appointed by the Governor. She has also served as a Federal Political Coordinator for her Congressman in Washington, along with currently being a State Political Coordinator for her State Representative. Community service includes being appointed by the Mayor to the Community Relations taskforce and the Board of Adjustment.

Patrice is now working to bring her experiences to others as they work to find education, motivation and an insight into what the future holds for them and how they can best serve. She does this through her presentation of designation and certification programs along with Leadership training.

Always encouraging and supportive, Patrice strives to help others to not only find the best ways to discover the most professional ways to represent their clients, but to understand what it takes to be a good leader.
